Banana Slush Punch....simple and freezable

Who doesn't love punch!  
When you have a special event coming up, it is always good to get an early start on your food and decorations.
For many years this has been one of my favorite recipes.  It can be made up to 4 weeks in advance and frozen to serve at a wedding shower, wedding, anniversary, birthday party or events!  Refreshing and colorful!
Here is my favorite combination to make for a wonderful punch!
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 large can frozen lemonade (12 oz.)
1 large can frozen orange juice (12 oz.)
2 cups pineapple juice
4 bananas mashed
2 lemon lime sodas (2 liter)
1. Combine sugar and water
    Heat in large cooking pot until the sugar is dissolved
    Let cool completely
2.  Add frozen lemonade, frozen orange juice and frozen pineapple juice
     Mix well
3.  Fold in bananas 
4.  Freeze in large freezer safe container overnight
NOTE:  You can freeze this mixture up to 4 weeks before your event.
On your event day, set the container on the counter for about 1 hour to slightly thaw.
When ready to serve, add your lemon lime soda's (one a time) and mash together to make an amazing slushy drink!
Makes around 30 servings - in 6 oz. punch cups
